Lauren Meadows
Lauren Meadows resides in Indiana with her husband, Ben, and their two children. A native of the Hoosier state, she returned after living in Nashville to establish roots. They recently purchased a 1970s house, currently undergoing extensive remodeling to modernize its eclectic wallpapers. Lauren has served as an ER nurse since 2016, including during the pandemic and as a travel nurse nationwide. Motherhood inspired her to prioritize family time, leading to her transition to full-time content creation and stay-at-home motherhood. Supported by her online community, she now enjoys sharing her journey while nurturing her growing family.
“I create content to build community for mothers and empower other women. I’m a former ER nurse turned full-time stay-at-home mom to a toddler and a newborn, and my goal is to honestly share the daily joys and realities of motherhood. I love creating authentic lifestyle content—from mom hacks and favorite home finds to fun DIY projects. I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands like Mattress Firm, Garanimals, Oreo, and Better Homes & Gardens on various campaigns.”
