It all started with two women in Nashville, each with a deep-rooted passion for music, talent, and digital storytelling, sitting across from each other with a vision: to build a talent management company that does things differently. It’s 2021, and Nicole Kasper and Paige Kosinski decide to take a leap of faith—one that would redefine influencer and artist management. What began as a shared vision grew into Odyssey - a women-led, purpose-driven management company built on integrity, led with heart, and committed to people over profit and legacy over likes. Fast forward to today, Odyssey Entertainment Group is a women-led powerhouse with 17 full-time team members, managing a roster of diverse digital talent, and executing over 4,000 brand campaigns (and counting). With a combined background spanning radio, publishing, marketing, artist development, branding, A&R, and content creation, Nicole and Paige aren’t just running a management company—they’re rewriting the playbook for how influencers and artists establish their presence in the digital age.
